Today’s Guest: Brad Lea

Brad Lea is the CEO & Founder of Lightspeed VT: The most advanced interactive virtual training system – on Earth.

Brad Lea is a self-made entrepreneur. With over 25 years in sales & marketing and after training and motivating thousands worldwide, he realized that he was spinning his wheels. He was traveling non-stop, saying the same thing over and over and the only thing that was changing were the faces in the room.⠀

Brad knew there had to be a better, more effective way to train and communicate.⠀

In 2000, Brad decided to create a solution that would allow him to better train his clients and deliver the value he was being paid for. Well, he did it. It worked so well he decided to completely change his business model and share the solution with the world. That’s when LightSpeed VT was born.⠀

In this episode, you’ll get some perspective on what it really takes to hustle when you’re at your lowest, and still come out on top.⠀

Brad speaks the cold hard truth about what startup founders are NOT doing enough of, and how to follow in his footsteps of success, relating back to his own journey and how he’s built one of the most successful interactive training systems in the world. With of course, an inspiring story about how he was the first to coin the term virtual training, as it was something nobody else was doing at the time of the dot-com boom. Risky move you might say! But that’s what entrepreneurship is all about right?!
